This is a template prepared for the Solomo demo. Before public launch, have it reviewed by counsel — in particular against SEBI Research Analyst and Investment Adviser regulations.

1. What Solomo is — and isn't

solomo.ai is a research and education platform for Indian markets. It is not investment advice, portfolio management, or a broking service. Nothing on the platform is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst.

2. Demo status

The current platform runs on sample data. Prices, financials, and AI responses are illustrative, may be inaccurate, and must not be used for trading decisions.

3. AI-generated content

AI features summarize and analyze public information. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Always verify against primary sources — exchange filings, annual reports, and official disclosures — before acting.

4. Your responsibilities

Use the platform lawfully and only for personal research.
Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute platform data or AI output.
Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

5. No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solomo is not liable for any loss — including investment losses — arising from use of the platform.

6. Intellectual property

The Solomo name, logo, design, and software are our property. Third-party trademarks (exchange and company names) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
