Petronet LNG operates India’s largest LNG receiving and regasification terminals at Dahej (nominal 17.5 MMTPA, being ramped to 22.5 MMTPA) and Kochi (5 MMTPA), aggregates 22.5 MMTPA capacity, and is a JV promoted by GAIL, ONGC, IOCL and BPCL; Petronet LNG handles a dominant share of India’s LNG imports and supplies significant national gas volumes.
Operational momentum in Q3 FY26 showed Petronet LNG processing 233 TBtus of LNG with Dahej utilization at 94% and Kochi achieving a record 29% utilization; the quarter delivered PBT of INR1,144 crore and PAT of INR848 crore, yet nine-month numbers were lower than prior year, reflecting timing and cargo mix for Petronet LNG.
